Our recent Fashion Show and Lunch welcomed 250 guests to Lawlor’s Hotel Naas for an afternoon of style, entertainment and generosity, raising an incredible €35,000 to support our vital work with street-connected children and families in Kolkata.
The vibrant event brought together members of the local community, supporters and businesses to celebrate fashion while making a meaningful difference. Guests enjoyed a spectacular fashion showcase featuring collections from local boutiques Diamonds & Pearls, Aria, New Chapter, House of Logo, Nicola Ross and Roisin Linnane, with models from the Catwalk Modelling Agency taking to the runway to highlight the latest styles for the season.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere was live entertainment from renowned Irish singer Mary Byrne, best known for her appearance on The X Factor UK, whose performance captivated the audience and made the afternoon even more memorable.
Sheila Zebedee, Head of Fundraising and Corporate Engagement (Leinster), expressed her gratitude to everyone involved. “This incredible result is a testament to the generosity and community spirit of everyone who supported the event,” said Sheila. “From the boutiques and performers to the sponsors, volunteers and the 250 guests who filled the room, every contribution helped make the day a tremendous success. The €35,000 raised will make a real and lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we support in Kolkata.”
