A graduate of National Institute of Fashion and Technology, Kolkata, Sayantan Sarkar is a National level Fashion Designer who mainly concentrate on the impact of simplicity when it comes to style and fashion. Sayantan gained international popularity when actor Paoli Dam wore his design for the 64th Cannes Film Festival in 2011. His outfits are often worn by celebrities Zeenat Aman, Mahima Chaudhury, Raima Sen, Sayali Bhagat and Usha Uthup.

On 5th September, he launched his latest collection “Live & Let Fly collection” which was attended by the adorable children from Hope Kolkata Foundation and the three lovely ladies of repute - Alokananda Roy, Nilanjana Chakraborty and Ramanjeet Kaur. Sayantan Sarkar exclusively designed “Kokeshi doll printed dress” for the HOPE children at the unveiling of LFW Winter Festive collection in Kolkata store Avoire.
