In pursuance to The Hope Foundation’s endeavor to make the partner agency self sustainable we have reached another milestone with the support from Cognizant Foundation. We would like to convey our sincere gratitude towards Cognizant foundation for accepting and acknowledging Hope Kolkata’s Foundation proposal to support hope hospital’s need and the need which not only intends to cater to the people from street but also from slum and further keeping the current progress in health systems and technology, the need of this kind was long awaited not only to achieve higher precision in delivering health care but also higher efficiency to cater more people in less time.

Digital X-Ray	X-Ray Dept.	Needs upgradation of X-Ray Dept. from Conventional X-Ray to Digital X-Ray.	This will lead to increase in 30% of patient over all.Further this will lead increase in efficiency by approx 20% as this gives the advantage of immediate image preview and availability; elimination of costly film processing steps; a wider dynamic range, which makes it more forgiving for over- and under - exposure; as well as the ability to apply special image processing techniques that enhance overall display of the image.
Electrolyte Analyzer	Pathology Dept.	The instrument is five years old. Giving trouble frequently.	For better and continuation of an effective and good service which we are maintaining at this moment.
Cardiac Monitor	Indoor Dept.(Female Ward)	We have only one cardiac monitor which is used for both male and female ward. But as the number of indoor patient is increaseing and there is demand for the same in ambulance service we need one more cardiac monitor.	Will increase our EMS response and efficiency at early stage by more than 50% from the existing level - in the setting of out-of-hospital acute medical care, ambulance service and other emergency medical services providers utilze heart monitors to assess the patient's cardiac rhythm.
Camera	Operation theatre	This instrument is necessary for the recording endoscopic with camera for ENT and urological surgeries.	This will meet our 30% growth plan as envisaged above.
Infusion Pump	Indoor Dept.(Male Ward)	We have only one infusion pump for both male and female ward. We need one more infusion pump just to meet up our future requirements.	This meet our 30% growth plan as envisaged above.
